The hotel was everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and offered complimentary water and coffee throughout the day. The location proved convenient, with access to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the bar with excellent entertainment.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, it was inconvenient when getting ready.

the hotel location was excellent i easily walked to many major attractions nearby the staff were amazing and always helpful i especially liked claudia she was supportive the air conditioning worked perfectly i found it very important the room felt spacious offering ample storage i would definitely recommend this hotel
i found there was no desk in my room this was inconvenient for working i had to use the end table instead this situation could be improved with a dedicated workspace

The location was amazing. Major sights were within easy walking distance. The staff were helpful. I was pleased to find complimentary coffee and tea available.
The noise from the bar at night bothered me. It was quite disruptive. The shower design caused some flooding in the bathroom. I also noticed that water was not replenished daily.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were always ready to assist with any inquiries. The concierge team offered helpful advice, and housekeeping was prompt in addressing requests. I found the service to be attentive and efficient with every interaction.
