immaculate cleanliness complimentary beverages convenient location
The hotel was everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and offered complimentary water and coffee throughout the day. The location proved convenient, with access to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the bar with excellent entertainment.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, it was inconvenient when getting ready.

a happy stay
excellent location amazing staff ample storage
the hotel location was excellent i easily walked to many major attractions nearby the staff were amazing and always helpful i especially liked claudia she was supportive the air conditioning worked perfectly i found it very important the room felt spacious offering ample storage i would definitely recommend this hotel
i found there was no desk in my room this was inconvenient for working i had to use the end table instead this situation could be improved with a dedicated workspace

i so loved the friendly staff and their generosity. free hot drinks were available. the hotel showed a clean feel. the location stood so convenient. i appreciated the complimentary coffee i got in my room.

the location placed in a beautiful area felt central. the area proved quiet since the hotel tucked away on a side street. i walked easily for shopping plus sightseeing. secured car parking was also close by.

wood floors convenient station
The room was a Beautiful room, and it had wood floors, which I appreciated. I found a convenient metro station just minutes away from the hotel.

Excellent Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups
great location easy walking distance complimentary coffee
The location was amazing. Major sights were within easy walking distance. The staff were helpful. I was pleased to find complimentary coffee and tea available.
The noise from the bar at night bothered me. It was quite disruptive. The shower design caused some flooding in the bathroom. I also noticed that water was not replenished daily.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were always ready to assist with any inquiries. The concierge team offered helpful advice, and housekeeping was prompt in addressing requests. I found the service to be attentive and efficient with every interaction.

The restaurant had amazing food!!! I particularly appreciated the complimentary hot beverages, including lattes. It was a nice touch to have these available from the restaurant. The variety during breakfast ensured everyone found something they enjoyed.

The staff were really good. I liked that they offer coffee and pastries in the morning. The coffee was tasty. The pastries were nice too.
There were some issues. I found there was no desk in my room. I had to use the end table.
